Good Morning,
We want to make you aware that some of our parishioners have recently received emails from an individual claiming to be Fr. Marco. This is a scam!!Please do not respond to these emails, and kindly forward any suspicious messages to the police.
As we approach the holiday season, please remain vigilant. Scammers often take advantage of your generosity, and we want to ensure that no one falls victim to these fraudulent attempts.
Always double-check the sender's email address. The first part of the address may look similar, but the second part will reveal if it’s legitimate. All official emails from us will come from @stmichaelgptx.org.
If you're ever in doubt, please don't hesitate to contact the parish staff directly by phone or a staff members email for clarification.
We appreciate your attention to this matter and ask that you share this warning with others. These scams are unfortunately becoming more common, especially during this time of year.
Thank you for your vigilance and support.
